Use of magnesium flakes:

-Foot bath: Dissolve 150 g in warm water and soak the feet for at least 20 minutes

-Full bath: Dissolve 250 g in warm water and let it soak for 20 minutes

-Recommended 2-3 times a week; half the amount for children

Uses of magnesium oil:

-Spray 5–10 times over the skin and massage gently.

-Preferably after a shower or bath when the skin is warm

-Avoid wounds and sensitive areas such as around the eyes

-Half the amount for children
