Returns and Withdrawal Policy

At PetitDame, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it easily and free of charge under the conditions below.

1. Cooling-off period and right of withdrawal

You have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

In addition, PetitDame offers an extended return period of 30 days, allowing you to return your order free of charge up to 30 days after receipt.

Once you have registered your return, you have a further 14 days to send the product back.

You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. Please handle the item with care and, where reasonably possible, return it with all its parts and in its original packaging.

After we receive your return request, you will usually receive your return label by email within 1 to 2 working days. In some cases, the return is processed directly through our supplier. This means it can take up to 5 working days for you to receive your return label.

2. Refunds

Once we have received your returned goods, or you have provided proof that the product has been sent back, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days at the latest using the same payment method you used to pay for your order.

Any shipping costs for the original delivery will also be refunded, provided they were charged. Return shipping at PetitDame is completely free of charge.

3. Exceptions to the right of return

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personal care or food products whose seal has been broken;

• Products that have been custom-made or personalised specifically for you;

• Digital products for which immediate delivery has begun with your consent.

4. Condition of the product

Please handle our products with care. If an item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you may be charged for any resulting loss in value.

5. Registering a return

You can register your return by emailing info@petitdame.nl with the following information:

• Your name;

• Your order number;

• The product you wish to return.

After registering your return, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

7. Damaged or incorrectly supplied products

Have you received a damaged product, or is your order incomplete? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@petitdame.nl, so we can work together to find a suitable solution.
