Shipping Policy
At PetitDame, we make sure your order is carefully packed and delivered to you as quickly as possible. We work with reliable carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.
1. Delivery time
The average delivery time within the Benelux countries and Germany is 1 to 8 working days. Around public holidays or during busy periods, delivery may take a little longer.
2. Shipping costs
We offer free shipping within the European Union. No additional shipping costs are charged.
3. Shipping confirmation and tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This makes it easy to track your parcel.
4. Delayed delivery
We do our utmost to deliver your order within the stated delivery time. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible.
5. Delivery in multiple parcels
Larger items, such as children’s beds, furniture or play sets, are sometimes shipped in multiple parcels due to their size or weight.
This means the individual parcels may not all be delivered on the same day. For example, you may receive part of your order today and the remaining parcels one or more days later.
You will receive a separate tracking number for each parcel. If your order has not been delivered in full after a few working days, please feel free to contact us.
6. Damaged or missing products
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If a product is damaged or something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours at info@petitdame.nl, so we can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
7. Not at home for delivery
If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the carrier will determine the next steps for your parcel. In most cases, it will be left at a nearby collection point, where you can collect it later.
You will receive a notification from the carrier with details of the collection location and the deadline for collecting your parcel. We recommend checking this information carefully to prevent your parcel from being returned to the sender.
